energy efficient and safe indoor environment

COOLING CALL
Clean or replace standard air filtersInspect inside cooling coil.
(Clean air discounted service rate if necessary) Inspect primary and secondary drainsClean and test condensate drain Inspect blower components – clean and/or adjust as necessaryInspect condenser coil – clean as necessary
Lubricate all moving parts (where applicable) Inspect % tighten all loose electrical connections Monitor air conditioner operating pressures for proper refrigerant charge.
Add up to two pounds of “Freon” each year (per system) if needed.
HEATING CALL
Monitor voltage and amperage draw on all motors Monitor air conditioner and heating cyclesInspect heat exchanger and burners – vacuum and/or adjust as necessaryAdjust gas pressure as necessaryInspect pilot operation – adjust as necessary
Monitor flue draft for safe operationInspect and test safety controlsAdjust air flow for proper temperature riseInspect heat anticipator settingsInspect thermostat operationsInspect for cracked heat exchanger.
